As a medical-based brand, content needed to be informative and credible while still feeling approachable and engaging to a broad audience.

Posting lacked a clear structure and cadence, making it difficult to build momentum or establish a recognizable presence across Instagram and Facebook.

With a highly competitive aesthetic and skincare space, content needed to stand out, reach new audiences, and convert visibility into patient interest.

THE STRATEGY

The strategy was rooted in a simple idea: visibility builds trust, and trust drives patient conversion

The approach focused on creating a structured, repeatable content system designed to increase reach while maintaining credibility. This included establishing a consistent posting cadence, introducing content pillars to guide messaging, and developing content that simplified complex treatments and skincare topics for a broader audience. Platform-specific optimizations were implemented to maximize discoverability, alongside a stronger emphasis on video and engaging formats to expand reach and attract new potential patients.

I led both the strategy and execution of the practice’s social media presence, ensuring consistency and performance across platforms. My role included:

MY PROCESS

Establishing a clear content direction

I began by auditing existing content and performance to identify gaps and opportunities, then developed a set of content pillars to guide messaging and ensure consistency.

Building a structured and scalable system

A consistent posting cadence and repeatable content formats were introduced, allowing the brand to show up regularly while maintaining quality and clarity.

Refining through performance insights

Content was continuously optimized based on performance data, with adjustments to format, messaging, and timing to improve reach, engagement, and conversions over time.

THE RESULTS

Significant growth in visibility, engagement, and audience acquisition in just three months

Over a three-month period, social media performance improved substantially across both Facebook and Instagram, directly supporting increased brand awareness and audience growth.

On Facebook, views increased by 68.3%, while the number of viewers grew by 251%. Content interactions rose by 71.4%, and link clicks saw a significant increase of 194%, indicating stronger conversion intent. Profile visits increased by 40.1%, and follower growth rose by 93.9%, reflecting a meaningful expansion of the audience.

On Instagram, total views reached 52,300, with reach increasing by 68.6%. Content interactions grew by 10.5%, while profile visits increased by 21.7%. Follower growth also continued steadily, with a 6% increase over the same period.
