MY PROCESS

Establishing a clear messaging foundation

I began by auditing existing content and identifying opportunities to improve clarity, consistency, and audience alignment, ensuring all messaging reflected the organization’s mission and tone.

Building a structured content system

A consistent cadence and set of content pillars were introduced to guide content creation, allowing for a more cohesive and recognizable presence across platforms.

Refining through performance and engagement

Content was continuously evaluated and refined based on performance data, with adjustments made to improve reach, engagement, and audience interaction over time.

THE RESULTS

Strong early growth across platforms within the first month of partnership

Within the first month, social media performance improved across all platforms, reflecting increased visibility and audience engagement.

On Facebook, views increased by 146%, page visits rose by 23%, and engagements grew by 64%, indicating stronger audience interaction and content resonance.

On Instagram, views increased by 45%, with 1,071 accounts engaged and a 25% increase in overall engagement. Follower growth also saw a steady increase of 2.37% during this period.

On LinkedIn, followers increased by 3.84%, while page views rose by 34%. Content generated 1,512 impressions, with engagement increasing by 24% and clicks rising by 23%, demonstrating improved visibility and interest in the organization’s work.
